Inspire & Empower: Mentor with Art Buddies!
Just 1-2 hours a week can change a child’s life!
For 30 years, Art Buddies has paired caring adults with young students to inspire confidence, creative agency, self-expression, and joy. This spring, we’re looking for more amazing mentors—and we’d love for you to join us!
Art Buddies’ free Character Creation Program is the go-to volunteer opportunity in the Twin Cities!
Volunteers mentor a child for just an hour or two a week for eight weeks, helping them design and build a unique character—empowering them through creativity.
Would you be willing to share this opportunity with your time with a little buddy? Here are the details:
Art Buddies Spring 2025 Volunteer Opportunity
Mid-March to Mid-May
Minneapolis Schools:
Mondays: Hall STEM Academy
Tuesdays: Lucy Laney Elementary
Wednesdays: Bancroft Elementary
Thursdays: Whittier International Elementary
Time Commitment: an hour or two a week for eight weeks

You can also sign up to be a SUPER BUDDY! Which is just like a sub. We always need extra buddies to fill in.
