Art Buddies at Jungle Theater
Art Buddies is excited to announce a new partnership with the Jungle Theater in Uptown Minneapolis with our Art Buddies Pop-Up Gallery Collection!
Art Buddies is your hometown nonprofit organization that has served thousands of children from Twin Cities' high need schools for over 25 years. We bring free one-to-one creative mentorship programming to schools and scholars in need, including the Lyn-Lake neighborhood, who we work with via Whittier International Elementary School. With the new challenges brought by 2020, Art Buddies is excited to find a new way to create, connect, and inspire our community with this pop-up gallery at Jungle Theater.
Funding is more important than before as we work to bring meaningful new programming to our little buddies who are Distance Learning. The cost of running our programs has increased and we are seeking new sources of funding. Your donation or purchase of our artwork directly supports our programming, including our new E-pal and Penpal programs. Please give generously, our children need us now more than ever!
We are immensely thankful for our partnership with the Jungle Theater, which plays a vital role in the economic and cultural development of the LynLake neighborhood.
The Jungle Theater focuses on telling stories that matter, with deep care and attention to detail. The Jungle creates courageous, resonant theater that challenges, entertains and sparks expansive conversation.
