Art Buddies is a creative program for inner-city kids.

We believe in the power of creativity and one-on-one attention to change children’s lives.

Art Buddies, a program of the nonprofit Creatives for Causes, pairs creative mentors with kids from low-income families in Minneapolis.  Our mentors come from all sorts of creative fields.

We help the children discover their creative gifts, believe in themselves and dream big dreams. We help them create something fanciful, unique and more ambitious than they may have ever imagined, then celebrate that achievement in an exciting parade.

The kids feel joy and pride in their success, and we love helping them succeed!
